Making that initial step. Process Work interventions endeavour to transform the most difficult situations into creative solutions using a variety of tools and the most ancient wisdom - that of nature herself. If you require private therapy regarding a personal problem or relationship issue that concerns you, then please email conor.mcken@gmail.com or claremhill@btinternet.com. You will receive an initial free half hour session so that you and the therapist can discuss the problem together and how you both may proceed. See about the therapists.

We, ProcessWorkFocus, Process Work Scotland & 1to1PhoneCounselling are
affiliates of IAPOP - the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology, and accredited with UKCP. Process Oriented Psychology was originally developed in the early 1970s by Dr. Arnold Mindell and colleagues. Mindell was a Jungian psychologist and physicist who was interested in how awareness within nature may hold all the answers to life's situations. As its name suggests, Process Work continues to evolve, develop and deepen according to nature as she reveals herself in underlying patterns and dynamics from moment to moment. The antecedents of Process Work are Jungian Psychology, modern physics, indigenous wisdom and Taoism.
